Fixed this bug CSS moved into its own dir, added admin css file. Option to link to team stats.

OK so here it is! 1.2.1 includes a lot of new stuff! There is now a default css file included which controls the div sizes etc, its called folding-def.css to use you own custom css copy the file to your theme directory and rename it to folding.css, the plugin will look for this file first…
