So I installed it again! Why? Well ASUS decided to release a beta bios update which was reported to solve the problem i was having with my second geforce card. Before Vista would just give a code12 error which means it cant spare resources for the second card..bummer, but the new beta bios update soves it so i just had to try it!
So now i have 100% workin SLI graphics 100% working sound…and even my printer/scanner work OMG! so thats it im going to shrink my XP partition and migrate to Vista 🙂

As a side note PCLinusOS2007 test release4 is due out tonite, ive been using TR3 and its VERY nice and it has a really good liveCD well worth trying out if you have never had the balls to try anything other than Bills crappy software.

Looks like Microsoft released an update for DirectX9c then suddenly removed it from their servers for no reason…anyway I found a mirror http://www.filehippo.com/download_directx/ This version is dated April 2007. I installed it and so far have found no issues.

Well an updated version was released by the author overnight which included it producing valid XHTML so…gutted!

So i decided to devote some time to this template again. Fixed all the XHTML validation and CSS errors 🙂 also added a nice related posts thing. And also checkout the ‘share this’ button!
Also the youtube plugin would not produce validated HTML apparently the embed tag is not legal XHTML so I had to rewrite the damn thing 😉 anyway just a few more tests and i will release it to the wordpress plugins site as my own plugin!
