OK so here it is!
1.2.1 includes a lot of new stuff!
There is now a default css file included which controls the div sizes etc, its called folding-def.css to use you own custom css copy the file to your theme directory and rename it to folding.css, the plugin will look for this file first before falling back to the default.

Already another fix that didnt quite make it into this release….
158 (↓2) was being shown as 158 (↓-2) used ereg_replace to strip the ‘-‘ 🙂
